Shipping & returns

Packers ship from New Castle, Delaware. Orders confirmed before 2:00pm ET go out the same business day.

How shipping is calculated

Rates are live-calculated from your ship-to ZIP, the actual carton count and the greater of actual and dimensional weight — not a flat national charge. Large orders are packed into real cartons before rating, so a pallet of steel packers is priced as a pallet.

Freight

Orders over 20,000 pieces move on a pallet. Parcel rates stop making sense there, so we quote freight directly — request a freight quote and you will have a number the same business day.

Returns

Unopened cases in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less return freight. Opened cases and driven or cut packers are not returnable. Email sales@packerworks.com with your order number for an RMA before shipping anything back.

Damaged or short shipments

Note damage on the delivery receipt and tell us within 5 business days. We replace short or damaged product at our cost.
