These terms govern purchases from Packerworks.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and are the tier price applicable to the quantity ordered. Every price is re-resolved server-side at checkout; the amount charged is the amount shown on the payment page you approve.

Availability

Stock counts are accurate at time of display but are not a guarantee. Inventory is reserved while you check out. If an item is short we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel that line for a full refund.

Fitness for purpose

Injection packers are components in an engineered system. Selection, hole geometry, injection pressure and resin compatibility are the responsibility of the buyer and the engineer of record. Guidance on this site is general and is not a substitute for the resin manufacturer's data sheet or a design professional.

Limitation of liability

Liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Resale exemption certificates can be sent to sales@packerworks.com before ordering.
